What you’ll be doing
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll:
- be responsible for locating and tracking both existing and potential customers
- teach existing and potential customers about our wide variety of unique IT business solutions
- connect with leads to educate and qualify them
- generate leads to people that actually want to consider switching to another provider
- demonstrate product knowledge and passion both over the phone and in written communication
- keep up-to-date on the latest and greatest technologies at tradeshows and conferences
- provide outstanding customer service by liaising between our customers and our team
- support our team to fill calendars with qualified appointments (targeting businesses who need our solutions to accelerate their business to success)
- be a key contributor to our team’s success in the market
Skills you’ll be using
This position is for you if you have:
- at least 3 year of sales experience, preferably in technical sales
- the determination to learn and understand our technology
- exemplary English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- proficiency in a variety of communication platforms (such as email, LinkedIn, phone, and other social channels)
- a goal-focused mindset with high level of attentiveness to detail
- access to a reliable vehicle and a driver's license with a clean abstract to visit new and existing customer sites
- a deep desire to learn and grow every day, and the relentless drive to improve your own processes
- a computer, consistent internet connection, and a quiet place to work (you’ll be making and receiving calls through your computer)
- mature computer & internet skills including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
- the tenacity and drive to take rejection in stride and keep going (remember: every ‘no’ gets you closer to a ‘yes’!)

Earnings may vary based on previous sales experience and work ethic, but generally speaking, you’ll:
- earn a base salary plus ongoing recurring commission based on key performance targets met regularly (OTE of $30,000-45,000+ in year 1)
- always have opportunities to make more with further promotions
